How do we produce Oxygen and Nitrogen using only atmospheric air and electricity?

To be able to separate the air we need to compress the molecules. We compress it to 4-10 bar depending on what pressure we want for the final gas.

Here is the process step by step:

1. We compress the air

2. We dry the air to a dew point of +3 degrees

3. We clean the air for particles using an active carbon filter and 1,00 + 0,01 micron filter

4. We store the air in a buffer tank

5. We separate the air in our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) gas generator.

6. Unwanted gasses are adsorbed by the molecular sieves inside the PSA generator.

7. We use Zeolite to catch the Nitrogen and CMS (carbon molecular sieves) to catch the Oxygen.

8. The seperated oxygen or nitrogen gas can now flow freely into our buffer tank.

9. We filter the gas one more time, while it flows from the buffer tank to your application.
